How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for weddings, and 4-6 weeks for other sessions. Popular wedding dates can fill up quickly, so the earlier the better!

Do you travel outside Jhumri Telaiya?

Yes! We serve all of Jharkhand and beyond. Travel charges apply for outstation bookings. Contact us with your location and we'll provide a custom quote.

How long does photo editing take?

Wedding photos are delivered within 3-4 weeks. Pre-wedding and portrait sessions within 1-2 weeks. We never rush editing to maintain the highest quality standards.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/RTGS bank transfers, and online payments. A 30% advance is required to confirm bookings.

Do you provide printed albums?

Yes! We offer premium handcrafted wedding albums, canvas prints, photo books, and more. Album packages are available as add-ons to any package.

Can we customize packages?

Absolutely! All our packages are flexible. We understand every client is unique and are happy to tailor any package to your specific needs and budget.

What happens if you're sick on our wedding day?

We always have a backup photographer on standby. Your booking is protected. In the rare case of any emergency, we ensure a qualified replacement is arranged immediately.

Do you shoot in rainy or low-light conditions?

Yes! We use professional low-light cameras and lighting equipment. Some of our most beautiful images have been captured in challenging lighting conditions.
